• 2019 will be the same as far as process improvement work is concerned.
• 2019 will be worse than 2018 — we’ll be doing less and spending less.
• 2019 will be better than 2018 — we’ll be doing more and spending more.
• 2019 will be much better than 2018. We have major new initiatives planned.
