December 2021 Poll

• Business process work has returned to where it was in 2019. We’re back in the office and are developing and modifying processes as we did before.
• Our business is nearly recovered, but some employees still work at home; we are developing new processes to reflect the new ways we work.
• Our business still feels under siege. We are recovering, but slowly, and BPM work isn’t yet back to what it was prior to 2020.
• The business I worked for in 2020 has failed. I am working for a new company now, and focused on different kinds of business process change.
