Do the senior managers of your organization “get” business process?

How important is a business process architecture at your organization?

In January several readers suggested that they expected 2022 to result in a lot of new process projects. We decided to probe for more detail:
  • Process work in 2022 will be new but not related directly to the pandemic. They will reflect new initiatives our organization is undertaking (70%, 7 Votes)
  • Process work in 2022 will reflect infrastructure change and acquisitions or consolidations indirectly associated with problems of the last two years (10%, 1 Votes)
