Leandro Jesus is passionate about Business Transformation and how it facilitates reinventing organizations for the digital economy. He acts as a mentor and consultant for both large corporations and startups on purpose-driven transformation, exponential thinking, customer centricity and entrepreneurship.

Leandro co-founded most renowned Brazilian BPM consulting company EloGroup and the Brazil Chapter of the ABPMP (Association of Business Process Management Professionals). He is author of Rethinking Management through Processes (2014), co-author of Establishing the Office of BPM (2011) and contributor to BPM books such as Handbook on Business Process Management (2010) and QuestioningBPM? Dr. Michael Rosemann is Professor in Information Systems at Queensland University of Technology and the author/editor of seven books, more than 250 refereed papers, Editorial Board member of ten international journals and co-inventor of US patents. His publications have been translated into Russian, Mandarin, German and Portuguese.

Michael’s main contributions to the global body of BPM knowledge have been in the areas of ambidextrous BPM, BPM maturity assessments, BPM governance, configurable business process, guidelines of process modelling, rapid process redesign and context-aware BPM.
